From the south, take SR 94 or SR 54 east or SR 125 (toll) north to SR 125 (free) north; exit at Grossmont Blvd and turn left, then turn right onto Grossmont Center Drive...
From the north, take Interstate 15 south to Interstate 8 and continue as above.
Alternative from Ramona: Take SR 67 south; where it dead-ends into Interstate 8, take Interstate 8 westbound and continue as below...
From the east, take Interstate 8 west (direction San Diego) to Grossmont Center Drive; turn right.
Proceed past Trader Joe’s, Chase Bank, and Grossmont Hospital. At the Casa de Pico restaurant, turn left into Grossmont Center. The entrance deadends into the movie theatre; turn right. You’ll find the back door of Panera between the movie theatre and the Target store at the far end of the parking lot.
Escondido, CA:

From the north, take Interstate 15 south to Via Rancho Parkway; turn right at the end of the offramp, cross I-15, and turn left at the next opportunity.
From the south, take Interstate 15 north to Via Rancho Parkway. Go straight ahead at the end of the offramp.
The large shopping center in front of you is Westfield North County, or what San Diego natives still call North County Fair. Panera is at the right (southeast) end, near JCPenney, and it has its own outside entrance next to a mall entrance.
Escondido, CA:

From the south, take Interstate 15 north to Valley Pkwy; exit and turn left (east) to cross under the freeway, and take the first left into the shopping center called Escondido Promenade. It’s anchored by a Target store.
From the north, take Interstate 15 south to Valley Pkwy and exit; the entrance to Escondido Promenade is across Valley Pkwy at the end of the offramp.
Panera is to your right, across the parking lot from Target and backing up onto Auto Park Way.
Solana Beach, CA: Panera

From the north or south, take Interstate 5 to Lomas Santa Fe Drive. Exit and turn west (left if northbound, right if southbound). At the first intersection west of the freeway, turn left onto Solana Hills Drive/San Rodolfo Drive. Follow the road where it curves right past Staples and Marshall’s. When the road straightens out, you’ll see a building on your left below grade level. Turn left at the end of the building. Panera is in that building, on the east end (nearest Marshall’s).
Temecula, CA: (Riverside County)

From the north or south, take Interstate 15 to Temecula. Exit at Winchester Road and turn east (left if coming from the north, right of coming from the south).
Turn right onto Ynez Road. Just past Costco, look for Overland Drive and turn left. Turn right immediately onto Nicole Lane.
